FAQs

What does “participation” mean?

Participation can include financial support, in-kind contributions, product support, community hosting, or storytelling collaboration. Partners engage in different ways depending on alignment and capacity.

Do you offer exclusive partnerships?

Yes. Some participation opportunities are exclusive, including the Official Road Partner and Official Booth Partner. Other participation options allow multiple partners.

Are prices listed publicly?

No. Participation opportunities are discussed directly to ensure the right fit and scope for each partner.

What kind of visibility do partners receive?

Visibility varies by participation type. Partners may receive website recognition, organic storytelling inclusion, and media assets when applicable. Specific deliverables are discussed individually.

Is logo placement included?

Yes. Partners receive logo or name recognition on the project website. Placement and presentation vary by participation type and contribution.

Do you guarantee specific content or media deliverables?

Only where explicitly agreed upon. Some participation types include curated media assets; others focus on support and recognition rather than deliverables.

Can partners provide in-kind or product support?

Yes. We welcome in-kind contributions that enhance the journey, community experiences, or day-to-day life on the road.

Can smaller brands or local businesses participate?

Absolutely. Community hosts, experience enhancement partners, and journey support partners can participate without large budgets.

Can partners participate for part of the journey?

Yes. Some participation opportunities may cover specific locations, events, or timeframes.

Who owns the content created during the journey?

Unless otherwise agreed, content is owned by the project. Usage rights for partners are defined per participation agreement.

How are stories documented or preserved?

Stories are documented through photography, video, and written reflection. Preservation efforts focus on responsible documentation and future accessibility.

How do we start a conversation?

Use the participation inquiry form to share your interest. We’ll follow up to explore fit and next steps.

*Participation opportunities are collaborative and value-aligned. Not every partnership will be the right fit, and that’s intentional.
